Complete the PA Department of Transportation Special Organization Registration Plate Application.
Include a check made out to the Cradle of Liberty Council:

  • $86 for an Eagle Scout License Plate
  • $220 for an Eagle Scout License Plate with Personalization

Mail your completed application and check to:

Orders will be processed by the Cradle of Liberty Council and sent to the Department of Transportation. If your application is complete and you make the correct payment, you will be mailed your new license plate 8–12 weeks after submitting it.
